Dr. Dianne Genereux – Veterinarian

dianne-bio

Dianne graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon in 1995. She has had the opportunity to gain experience in numerous small animal clinics by working initially full-time in the northeast of Calgary, then locuming (relief work) around Calgary before finally settling in Okotoks. She feels she has not only learned different ways to practice medicine but also various ways to run a clinic.

She is the sole owner of the Animal Care Centre and while she finds it challenging some days to run the clinic as well as be the veterinarian she wouldn’t change where her path has led her. She believes strongly in high quality veterinary food to keep pets healthy and at their best through all their life stages. Another passion is in senior medicine and knowing we can make a huge difference in quality of life with our older pets.

Her spare time is spent going to spin classes and working out as well as caring for her husband, teenage son, two dogs (Bull Mastiff and Miniature Schnauzer) as well as two cats. When she can, Dianne loves to travel and on her bucket list is to get to Greece, the Maldives and Bora Bora!
